What we collect
We do not run user accounts and our contact form does not transmit data. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and performance.
Data stored on your device
The renovation checklist saves your ticked items in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device and you can clear it with the reset button or your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.
Why and on what basis
We process emails to answer you (legitimate interests) and server logs to keep the site secure (legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.
Retention
Emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
